SYDNEY LABOUR CONGRESS. (Received 12.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, this day. The Labour Conference has settled down to a quiet tussle between the moderates and extremists. Votes have been invariably taken on sectional lines, and always resulted in favour of the moderates.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
