HOME RULE ALL ROUND.
THE PRINCIPLE AFFIRMED BY HOUSE OF COMMONS. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) LONDON, June 5. The House of Commons, by 187 votes to 34, affirmed the principle of federal devolution for the United Kingdom.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.) Following upon the demand for Home Rule foV Ireland n similar demand was made by some sections and later by Wales, leading to a suggestion for (Federal devolution, or all-round Home (Rule. Mr. Lloyd George has given his ! support to the scheme, and many leading politicians on both skies of the I House have also favoured it.
