AN ALLIED OFFENSIVE. RUMANIANS CROSS THETSS. AID FROM RUSSIA SOUGHT. (Received 10.20 a.m.) LONDON, May 23. The "Daily News'' Vienna correspondent states that all indications point to the early commencement of a serious Allied offensive against Bela Kun, the Bolshevik leader, who has urgently asked for Lenin's assistance. The Rumanians are crossing the Theiss, 60 miles east of Budapest.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.) AUSTRIAN PEACE TERMS. DELIVERED ON MONDAY. PARIS, May 23. The Austrian peace terms will be delivered on Monday. It is probable that the Austrian merchant vessels will lie pooled and divided among the Allies.—(A. and X.Z. Cable.)
