BUENOS AYRES STRIKE.

BUENOS AYRES, March 21. A port strike which has paralysed shipping for two months, has ended and the port has been opened.— (United Press.) The New York "Times" Buenos Ayres correspondent states that the Government empowered the Customs House to nationalise the harbour and load and unload ships for the purpose of breaking the port strike. — (A. and N.Z.
