The "New York Times" Ottawa correspondent states that the Western Canadian labour unions held a conference in Calgary, and decided to cancel the affiliation to the American Federation of Labour. They will henceforth try to organise by industries. The question will be submitted to all locai unions foi adoption.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
