The chairman reported that the levels of Park and other streets were not permanent, and suggested that the permanent levels should be taken. The clerk reported that ail accounts in connection with the Morrinsville epidemic had been paid. So far only £20 had been paid in fees. The Devonport Borough Council forwarded a resolution, to which the Board's support was asked, that the Government be urged to repatriate as soon as possible ail alien prisoners of war, both military and civilian, at present interned in the Dominion, which was received. Farland's farm of KIO acres, on the Tahuua Road. Mr A. G. Little has sold a portion of his property at Kuranui to Mr Meek. At the Farmers' Auctioneering Co.'s sale on Friday there wus a fair yarding of stock. Beef was drui. bin ther- was slow sale for stores and'calves. of which v large number were not entered. Store sheep were not entered. Store sheep were easier.
