As a precautionary measure against the recurrence ..f Influenza or other Epidemics, the Otaliuhu Borough Council has decided to institute a "Cleanlng-up Week" for the period from Monday, the 24th March to Monday, the 31st March, both days Inclusive. A special service for the collection of house refuse has been arranged, nnd residents are specially requested to thoroughly dean up their premises, and have all rubbish, tins', and refuse of any kind which will harbour nits. etc.. placed in a suitable receptacle and at an accessible position inside tbe entrances lo their properties, ready for removal.
