The following terms upon wuii-h Remuera amalgamated with the City In .March, 1915. are published by direction of the City Council, for the information of the Ratepayers of Remuera and the Citizens generally, viz. :— 1. The City will accept Remuera Road District as an integral part of the City and there shall be no separate • Waids, Remuera joining with the ntst of the < iiy in the election of Mayor and Councillors. 2. The City will take over Remuera's assets and liabilities including the Board's overdraft (of £3754 as at 31st December, 1914) and the Board's delid; and its Road Construction Account (of about £_i)uo as at same dale). 3. From the datD of union Remuera stall pay exactly the same rates (including water rates) and have the ■same rating system as ln the City. 4.
