WORKERS' DWELLINGS.
DUNEDIN BOROUGH SCHEME. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Wednesday. The City Council to-night agreed to a proposal to raise a loan of £27,000 for the erection of workers' dwellings. The loan will bear interest at 5 per cent., and will have a currency of 25 years.
