CHARGE OF MURDER.
WOMAN COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NELSON". Tuesday. At the Magistrate's Court. Emma Caroline lleteher. a married woman. 38 years of age, appeared on remand, before Mr. Evans. S.M., charged that on or about ■February 27, 1010. she did unlawfully use an instrument on Friede Ruby Sandel, with intent to procure a miscarriage. A furthor charge against the accused was that on March 4 she murdered Friede tßuby . Sandel, Accused reserved her defence and was committed for trial. The question of bail was allowed to stand over.
