IN NAPIER ESTATE. CHARGE AGAINST TRUSTEES. (Ey Telegraph.—Press Assocla.tlon.l XIAPIER, this day. At the Supreme Court, before the Chief Justice, Amelia C. Macfarlane proceeded against Francis London, solidtor, and Jγ Brown, trustees in the Knowles Estate; which has been before the Tnvy Counci in reference to charitable bequests; which were declared void The plaintiff, a daughter of Mr Knowles in her claim, alleged wjlhd default o: trust in regard to sales o f property trhich it was alleged were made unde, value, and for an order that the estatt be administered by the Court, and sucV relief as the Court will deem just. Evi dence was concluded to-day, and Mr Myers, ior plaintiff, moved for remova of the case to the Court of Appeal. M r opposed the application.
