PROPOSAL DENOUNCED. FRENCH AMBASSADOR'S VIEW. i Received 2:10 p.m.) PARIS, .lanuary 1.1. M. Moulers ( I'rcnch Ambassador in Russia) denounces the proposal that the Allies should have any dealings with the I Bolsheviks in Russia or Germauy. The i Allies must bring about the downfall of Bolshevism, otherwise Kuropc will be exposed to very grave dangers. M. Gustaw llerve, the noted Socialist, says that it is staggering to think that Mr Lloyd George or the British Government could for one instant have had an id.a of treating with the 1-enin-Xrot.Kkv gang.
