At the Magistrate* Court to-day a voting man, Sydney Mexted, pleaded guilty to charges of forging and uttering cheque*, and was remanded to the Supreme Court at Wellington for sentence. Accused was also remanded to appear nl Wellington on a further charge of forging a. cheque at IVtone.
