A telegram from Berlin to the "Frankfurter Zeitung" cays that the agreement between the German Government and the Soviet delegations, which was initialled last month, provides for the return of some valuable paintings which were carried off by tie Russians from Cassel to the P#trograd Hermitage (the Petrograd Art Gallery) during the Napoleonic era, and which, are now at Moscow.
