BULGARIA TO SEND TROOPS AGAINST TURKEY
AMSTERDAM, October 11. A Constantinople message states that the Sultan has been advised that Bulgaria is sending troops against Turkey in accordance with the plans of the Alhee. ix is expected that the Bulgarian Minister will be handed his passports.
A Berlin message claims that good communications have already been opened with Turkey through Ode-sea, rendering possible the transport of supplies.—(United Service.)
