MR W. H. PAGE'S "WORK. (Received 0.15 a.m. ) ■} NEW YORK. August 20. The newspapers rogrct Mr YV. Jl. Page's retirement from the post of Ambassador to Britain. The "New York Times" says that Mr Page worthily represented America, and filled a position oi preat responsibility with reintirkttble success. America and Britain are bound together mm- as never before.
