RECAPTURE OF FLERS AND LONGUEVAL CLAIMED. (Received 11.4."> a.m.) LONDON, August 20. A wireless Herman official message slates: —We held up the euemya tliruat after bitter fighting eastward of Pelves, near VU-en-Artoi* and Croisilles. Our counter-attack recaptured I'lers and Longueval. Between tlie Somme and the Oisc we withdrew our line.-, giving up Chaulnes and Hove.
