OBITUARY.
MR. A. McCORSUADAL&
Mr. Duncan McCorqnadaJc, who arrived by the Niagara, states that hi* father, Mr. Alexander MeC'orquadalc. died in Sydney on Thursday, August 22. Deceased was well known in Auckland, having been manager for about ten Tears of the Northern Roller .Mills. Quay Street. When that property was acquired by the present company about "J , .) years ago, Mr. M.vCorquadale joined his bons in a flour milling business at Sydney. Deceased was a- native of Scotland, and about 80 yeaja of age. Ho was n most courteous gentleman, and highly esteemed by many friendfl. l"p to the time of hie'death Mr. McCon|uadale was connected with the firm of MoCorquadale Hrothers. flour millers. Sussex Street and Farramata.
The interment took place at liookwood Cemetery, about 00 employees at the nulls walking in front of the hearse from deceased's residence. Victoria St., Burwood. The three soms, Mcsers Duncan, William and Norman McCoiquadale, wit li Mr. R. S. Littlejohn. were the jn-ineipal mourners. The interment took place in the Presbyterian section of the cemetery, the John Ferguson and 1!. IF. Waugh, conducting the service at the gray.
