CAPT. T. E. SEDOON'S TOUR.
(Received 2.35 p.m.) NEW YORK, August 29. Capt. T. E. Y. Seddon. son of the late Prime Minister of New Zealand, has completed a speech-making tour of tho shipyards, and started a second countrywide tour to encourajre workers to maximum effort in war activities. — (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
