FALK HORVAT'S PROGRAMME.
(Received 2.45 p.m.) NEW YORK, August 29. The "New York Times" Washington correspondent statee that the Allied representative at Vladivostok told General "Falk Hoi-vat that the Sfberian Govern ment'e authority would be sustained. Hervat is a monarchist, and is a;:tiGc.rman and anti-Bolshevik. He appointed a temporary Cabinet in Siberia, and declared that his Government programme would include the renewal of all treaties with the. Allied Powers, declaring hie intention to "act in complete accord with our biave allies." Lieut-General Pleehkoff, Horvat'e aMe, attempted to assume control of all the Russian military forces in the Far Eaet.—(A. and N..Z. Cable.)
