EMBARRASSING WHEAT SURPLUS. MELBOURNE, August 29. The Acting-Federal Premier (Mr W. A. Watt)" conferred to-day with the Whrat Board, and urged the necessity of disposing of the surplus wheat, even at a lower price than the farmers considered reasonable.
