SPANISH STEAMER SUNK.
ANOTHER CAUSE FOR TROUBLE (Received 2.10 p.m.) LONDON', August 28. The Spanish! steamer Carasa was torpedoed, six of the crew being drowned. This is greatly aggravating the situation between Spain and Germany.— (Reuter.)
