NOT MANY UNDER 55. (Received 11.15 a.m.)

LONDON, August 27. Homo Office officials have subdivided I unnaturalised Germans into eight categories. Tt is stated that it is not proposed to intern any over 55, unless tlieir record is had. The remainder are liable to internment. Actually only a. small proportion are of internable age, and drastic internment is improbable. The alleged thousands of unintcrned do not exist.— (A. and N.Z.
