ZEPPELIN BROUGHT DOWN DURING RAID.
(Received 9.35 a.m.) LONDON, August 6. An unsuccessful air raid was made on London last night. One Zeppelin which participated in the raid was wrecked.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.) The Press Bureau reports that hostile airships approached the East Anglian coast at 9.30 o'clock on Monday night, but did not penetrate far inland. — (A. and N.Z. and Reuter.)
