CHILDREN AT PICTURE SHOWS.
<To the Editor.i Sir, —Could not the proprietors or ushers of a picture show make the children behave in a more decent manner, and not annoy their elders by their gross behaviour, viz., banging up and down the seats, sitting with legs (which are not always too clean) right up on the back of one's chair, chasing each other up and down the passages, to say nothing of yelling at the same time? I like and appreciate children, but they want to be under seme control, and they should not be allowed access without a grown person. "What are tlieir parents about not to bring them up better?—l am, etc., A MOTHER.
