AMSTERDAM, June 23. . All efforts to provide a new Kaiser hymn in the form of a national anthem have failed. Musicians and poets forwarded 3200 contributions to the competition, but all were declined, and the competitors were asked to try again. (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
