(By Telegraph, Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Friday. > -The final sittings of the Public Service Association's conference were held today. The Public Service Commissioner was met in the morning, and various matters requiring his attention were placed before him. The following officers were elected President. Mr G. Allport; vice-presidents, Messrs. "VVillikm right and AY. TV. Cook; secretary, Mr. F. W. Millar: treasurer, Mr. B. L. Dallard; executive, Messrs. J. H. Jerram, Wm. Wright, W. S. Hardy, C. H. Clink-' ard. J. R. MeClure, F. F. Laurenson, J. A. .Campbell. J. Forsyth, A. Burgess, C M. Hill, TV. TV. Cook, T. T. Sandford, E. I. Hawthorne, G. H. Lightfoot, and Misses TVoodhouse and Morris.
