RECRUITING MISSIONS TO U.S.A. (Received 11.35 ajn.) NEW YORK, May 2S. The British and Canadian Recruiting Missions in Washington have appealed to all subjects of the realm to join the colours, saying that this is the supreme crisis of the war.—(A and N.Z. Cable.)
