NORWAY'S AGREEMENT.
COPENHAGEN, May 2S. An agreement between Norway and the United States covenants that Norwegian firms shall be expunged from the Allied black liste. The control of Norway's imports is to be left to the Norwegian authorities, who will furnish the American Minister with the necessary statistics. Norway will get 200,000 tons more fodder and 30,000 tons more vegetable oil than last winter, and in return will increase her nitrate exports to the Allies.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
