ATTACKS ON BELGIAN FRONT SHATTERED, (Received 9 a.m.) LONDON', May 27. Sir Douglas Haig reports:—Strong hostile attacks, preceded by a bombardment of great intensity, developed tliia (Monday) morning on wide front against the British and French between Rheims and Soissons, and against the French between Ijocre, three miles south-west of Ypres, and Yoormezeelo, two miles south of Ypn-s.
