The annual report of the Newton Club v.-as received. Th.' secretary to be requested to send in the balance sheet. The Richmond Chin forwarded its balance sheet, showing a good credit balance. The Junior Advisory Board reported that after due consideration they recommended the uplifting of thp disqualification Imposed on L. Prescott. The board recommended that all junior matches commence on Saturday. May 3. In the matter of the welffht for the fourth. fifth and si*th grade, it was recommended that all clubs be allotted dates on wlilf-h their players must weigh in and register their weights. It was also sUESestcd that should the ace of a sixth grade player be challenged, the onus be on the player to prove that he was under the ace of sixteen and n-haif years on the Ist of May. The board also requested. In view of economy, to Junior clubs especially, that the League purchase footballs at special rates and resell to club at cost price. The report of the hoard and recommendation were, approved of. The Referees' Association applied for sundry sear, which was granted. The registration of five players was pffected. Intimation was also received that the Manukan and Mangere Clubs hod reformed, with three and one teams respectively.
