FOR USE OF ALLIES. v MILLION TONS AVAILABLE. FOODSTUFFS IN RETURN. (Received 8.15 a.m.) NEW YORK, March 15. It is expected that a million tons of Dutch shipping will be available for the use of the Allies under the agreement with Holland. Seventy per cent of thia is in American ports. The Washington correspondent of the United Press Aseoy ciation says that the Allies propose to give foodstuffs in return for the use of shipping. Holland also receives liberal monetary compensation.
