The income taxes and excess profite taxes on American multi-millionaires amount to more than half their Incomes. It is estimated that 29 of the wealthiest will pay taxes aggregating 86,000,000d01, including J. D. Rockefeller, on whose income of G0.000.000d0l the tax totals 38,000,0O0dol; Mr Andrew Carnegie, income 10,000,000d01, tax 6,500,000dol; Mr W. H. Ford, income 5,000,000d01, tax 3,000,000dol; and J. P.
