ON FLANDERS FRONT. AIRMEN'S SUCCESSFUL RAIDS. LONDON, February 26. General Sir Douglas Haig reports; "The enemy artillery is active at Cambrai, in Scarpe Valley, and at Armentieres and Ypres.
