NAVY TUG FOUNDERS
ON AMERICAN COAST. THIRTY LIVES LOST. (Received 9.10 a.m.) WASHINGTON, February 27. Mr J. Daniels (Secretary to the Navy) has announced that the navy tuc Cherokee has foundered inj American waters. It is believed that 30 of the crew perished.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
