EXECUTIVE DEFIED. WILL NOT WORK WITH LOYALISTS. (Received 10 a.m ) MELBOURNE, this day. A meeting of t-eanien carried motions of no confidence in the executive and reaffirming the decision not to work with loyalists. Mr Cooper, general secretary of the Seamen's Federation, who came from Sydney to urge the men to resume, was refused a hearing. He was followed by a crowd of 200 when he left the meeting and assaulted. SYDNEY, this day. Owing to the seamen's strike several southern collieries have again been rendered idle.— (A. and N.Z.
