Thi last-named was wounded once on llalli poli and twice in France, and is now re turning home invalided owing to part ia' deafnej-s. The three brothers were al! with the same regiment in France at the battle of Mo-sines. Lieut. Reid anil Private IL A. Reid were pupils of the Auckland (Irammar School. A younger brother who comes of age next month was prematurely called up in the final draft of the First Division. RIFLEMAN W. 11. NTCCOLLS. Mrs. B. Niccolls, of 2">, King Street, Arch Hill, bus received cable advice that her husband. Rifleman W. 11., Niccolls, has been admitted to hospital in France. He is one of three brothers who served at the front, one being killed in action at (iallipoli. while the other brother is in the Brockeiilmrst Hospital.
