SEIZURE OF ARMS IN IRELAND.

LONDON, August 16. The police raided the National Volunteers' headquarters in Belfast and elsewhere, in Ulster, and seized rifles.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.) (Received 9.45 a.m.) LONDON, August 16. It is officially notified that the seizure of arms in Ireland was due to a desire to prevent them falling into undesirable hands.
