LONDON. July 27. A Kussian official -message reports:—Northward of Tarnopol the enemy «cupied Plotyoo and Clystylov. South-eastward of Tarnopol. on the LoyovaSniykovee front, the enemy has been repulsed. t-outh-eastward of Trembovla Te have retired a little to the east. In the region of 31udorov the enemy has lecn Tepulsed. In the region of Korozraatin-Komarovka, our cavalry, in a Series of successful engagements, threw back the enemy north-westward.

Between the Dniester and the Carpathians we have continued to retire. Eastward of Susita the Rumanians have advanced, consolidating a captured height westwards of Soveia.— (High Commissioner's Cable.)
