The Junior Advisory Board's report con tamed the following:—

Permission to re-*rrade A. Payne to Grafton fourths and the transfer of J. Wilson from Otahuhu to City were approved of.

City Club's protest acainst Otahuhu fourth jrrade was dismissed.

Otahnhu protested ajrainst the decision of the Otahuhu v. City- fourth crade beinc a dra-wn game, on the grounds that the came played twelve minutes over time. Tbe Junior Advisory Board, before deciding this protest, requested a rulinc as to whether a minute of the I.cajrue could override the laws of the came. It was resolved that the Junior Advisory Board be written to to the effect that as far as practical the Karnes on No. 1 cround be finished at three o'clock and that the referee is the sole judce of time in all cases aceordinc to the taws of the came. It was also resolved that a letter be written to the Referees' Association stating that all early mat dies on No. 1 cxoun.l cease as mood after t_ec o'clock as practical.

The City Club requested an inquiry into the City v. Tbrthcote fifth (Trade match. on the erounds that die Northcote team played unregistered -members. It was deckled to hear the evidence at the nest meeting.

The City Rovers' Club drew the League's attention to the fact that no ground was available at the Park last -Saturday for their third grille team. It -was decided that the City -Club be written to statins that tbe Leaeue did not know that the ground was not available until the Saturday moriiing, and that in future every endeavour "will be made to secure grounds. Mr Frost's nomination on the Junior Advisory Board was accepted. It was resolved that a letter of thanks for past services be sent to Mr Baker, ex-delesate. A request from the Whangarei Cnion for rule books was received, and tbe secretary was li_trurted to forward same.

Notice of motion was tabled by Mr Bull to the effect that the minute ordering the re-play of tlie Newton v. North Shore match be rescinded. A motion was then put that the referee's decision in awarding the .match to Newton be endorsed. This was carried.

Mr Avory waited on the Leainie on behalf of the Waterside Workers' Club, which desires to play the 'League's senior te_us in rotation. It was decided, after a general discussion, that delegates be requested to meet the team each bye Saturday, and that a special ius-irran<-e scheme be effected to cover these matches. The secretary was Instructed to apply for an extra ground on the 'Domain. A motion of congratulation was passed to the parents of 11. E.
