OBITUARY.
CAPTALN A. COE.
A private cable from Saigon conveys news of the death of Captain Arthur Coe. Particulars are not yet available, but in recent letters he spoke of illhealth, which was attributed to the trying climate. Before proceeding to China, Captain Coe was for some time in the service of both the Northern S.S. Company, and the Craig Line. At .the' time of his death he was in command of a steamer on the run from Hongkong to Singapore. He leaves a widow (Mrs. Coe). residing at Jackson's Bay, Mahurangi.
