LONDON, June 14. The Trade Corporation has presented the Attorney-General with a declaration that the corporation's fundamental object is to -rfiancially assist British traders and manufacturers, specially in connection with oversea trade. It will noB compete with contractors or merchant traders, while the charter will not confer exclusive privileges.—(A. and -*_A
