BIG AIRCRAFT PROGRAMME. (Received 10.30 a.m.) : WASHINGTON, June 14. The Senate lias finally passed the Urgent Deficiency Bill, which appropriates 3,2Sl,000,"000dol for naval and military wie. It is officially announced that the aircraft programme lias been much enlarged and definite plans for air supremacy by the Allies perfected. The Federal Trade Commission recommends Government control of news printing paper. Investigations have revealed that excessive profits have been made.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
