It is announced by advertisement that to afford an opportunity for signing the petition in favour of closing bars at six o'clock tables have been placed in the streets, and the ladies in oharge will receive signatures this evening. At a meeting of the Hamilton Rngby Union on Wednesday it was decided to take steps to affiliate with the Auckland Rugby Union.
