PARTITION OF AUSTRIA
INTO FIVE STAVES. (Received 12.30 p-m.) ROME, June 13. Austrian and German newspapers state that the reason why the Emperor Karl has refrained from the customary constitutional oath is that he rs awaiting the preparation of a new constitution, under which five States will be created —Austria, Hungary, Wallachia, Jugoslavia, and Albania.
The Emperor desires tbe creation of a sixth, comprising Bohemia, Moravia, and the Slovac districts, but Germany and Hungary oppose this.— (A. and N.Z.)
