(Received 10.30 a.m.) PARTS, June 10. Mr. Ab.-nm Elkus, American Ambassador to Constantinople, has arrived. He declared that Turkish confidence is unshaken. She is friendly towards I'>S' 1-intl and France, and' is treating prisoners well. Turks regretted America's entry into the war. General TownJiend was imprisoned on an island in the Sea of Marmora, and was permitted to frequently visit Constantinople.—(A- «nJ - vz - Cabl( '- ) ,
