POST-WAR POLICY.
BRITAIN'S FOREIGN ATTITUDE. LONDON, June 8. An address on the control of foreign policy was delivered by Professor Gilbert Murray. He advocated a policy of peaceful negotiation. The chairman of the meeting was Sir rhomas.Mackenzie (High Commissioner for New Zealand). He said the Dominions disliked militarism, but were resolved to see the war through. Had those responsible for the interests of the Empire realised the development of Europe, and provided adequate means to meet it, thfcrc would not have been war now.—(A- and N.Z. Cable.)
