FIRE AT HAMILTON.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Saturday. . fire •broke out in E. .Tones' saddlery factory. Victoria Street, where a heavy stock "of leather goods is stored, shortly after t! this evening. The Brigade, was soon on the scene, and succeeded in mieUing the names, which fortunately did not spread to the showroom. A deal of damage was done by lire, and water, estimated to run into several 'hundreds. ' The stock is covered by insurance.
