He was engineer of the city of Bradford for IS7S to 181)00, and chief engineer of the Iximlon County Council from IS9O to 190 L He constructed the Nagpore Waterworks, the Black-wan Tunnel, the Bradford Water- j -works, and the Barking Road Bridge.
