DISSATISFIED RATEPAYERS. At a meeting of the ratepayers of the Hnmiltnn Riding of the Walpn County Council, railed In connection with the resignation of Councillor Bteeie, which was tendered at the last meeting, considerable dissatisfaction was expreeaed at the administration of the Council. Councillor Steele, who resigned as a protest against being allegedly Ignored by the Bcperviaor and other councillors in connection with some works In hie riding, wa* asked by the meeting to continue to act until the election In November, but he declined to do so.
